We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for any items returned beyond this 14-day period.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Once a return label has been issued, you have 20 days to ship the package back to us. Returns sent after the 20-day window will not be accepted.

Please note that our Customer Care team reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any return. If an item does not meet the return requirements, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Additionally, all sale items (including flash sale items), accessories (including all recycled denim bags) and custom made items are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Domestic Return options:

• Standard return – An $11 return-shipping label plus a 10 % restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
