ORDER PROCESSING

We're currently receiving an extremely high volume of orders. As a slow fashion brand, our pieces are produced in small runs and each order is picked and packed by hand, so processing takes a little longer than it does at larger retailers.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships from our warehouse. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Thank you for your patience — it's what allows us to make things properly.

Discount codes: full-price items only

Discount codes, including MPAZ10 and free-shipping codes, apply only to eligible full-price items. Sale and already marked-down items, including Black Friday sale items, are excluded. In a cart containing both full-price and sale items, only eligible full-price items qualify for a code or count toward any code minimum purchase requirement. Other conditions stated with your offer still apply.

MPAZ10 discount eligibility

MPAZ10 gives 10% off eligible full-price merchandise only. It does not apply to sale or already marked-down items, including Black Friday sale items, or to Checkout+ / package protection. In a cart containing both full-price and sale items, the discount applies only to eligible full-price merchandise. MPAZ10 is limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other discounts.
