Our available shipping options within the United States include:

  • Priority Shipping: Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET will begin processing the same day, with delivery within 2–3 business days via USPS or UPS.

  • Express Shipping: Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET will begin processing the same day, with expedited delivery within 1–3 business days via USPS or UPS.

International Shipping:

  • International Orders: Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET will begin processing the same day, with delivery within 3–8 business days via DHL or Fedex.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to arrange an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after your item arrives back to us.

The following conditions apply:

  • Eligibility: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of your order being delivered. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, folded in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • How to start: Submit your request through our exchange portal within 14 days of delivery. Your exchange is considered initiated at the point your request is submitted. → To start an exchange, click here
  • Cost: Exchanges are free of charge on orders shipped within the United States whenever the Free Returns & Exchanges "Checkout+" add-on has been accepted by customer when placing the order. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

 

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returns are processed once we've received your item and confirmed it meets the eligibility criteria below. Please allow up to 20 days from the date your return arrives to us.

The following conditions apply:

  • Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, folded in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these criteria.
  • What you receive: Full-priced items may be returned for a refund to your original payment method, or for store credit.
  • How to start: Submit your request through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. Your return is considered initiated at the point your request is submitted. → To start a return, click here
  • Cost: Free returns and exchanges are offered when customer accepts the "Checkout+" Add-on for $3.98 extra on the order, otherwise return fees will be covered by customer and a $11 processing fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • No Exceptions:  Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for any items returned beyond this 14-day period. Once a return label has been issued, you have 20 days to ship the package back to us. Returns sent after the 20-day window will not be accepted. Return shipping on international orders is the customer's responsibility.

 

FINAL SALE & PROMOTIONAL ORDERS

Some items and orders are excluded from our standard return and exchange policy. Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

Final sale — no returns, exchanges, or credit

The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:

  • Items purchased at a marked-down price, including flash sale items
  • Accessories
  • Custom-made and made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

Orders placed with a promotional code during a sale event

If you used a promotional discount code during a major sale event — including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Black Friday, holiday promotions, and the code "MEMBERSONLY", "ENDOFSUMMER" or "LD15" — your order is not eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

You may instead:

  • Exchange it for a different size in the same style, or another available style, or
  • Return it for store credit

Exception: Orders placed with code "MPAZ10" are eligible for exchange, returns and refunds. We are aware this is our welcome offer and we are happy to offer it so you can get to know our brand therefore all orders using this promo code have no return/refund/exchange restrictions.

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@mpazstudio.com within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

MPAZ Studio assesses each claim to confirm the item has a genuine manufacturing defect. Where a defect is confirmed, you won't be charged anything further — return shipping is covered by us, and you'll be offered a replacement, a refund, or store credit.

All exchanges for new items will be sent once you have returned the faulty item and it has been evaluated and processed by our team.

Final sale and promotional-order restrictions do not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

 

EVIDENCE SUBMISSION & VERIFICATION

Claims relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be supported by clear, accurate photos or video of the item as received.

MPAZ Studio reviews all evidence submitted. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe an image or video has been altered, edited, or generated using artificial intelligence or other digital tools in a way that misrepresents the item's condition, we may:

  • Request further evidence
  • Require the item to be returned to us for physical inspection
  • Decline the return, refund, exchange, or store credit request

These measures exist to protect the integrity of our returns process against fraudulent claims. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.

 

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive tracking information by email. Please monitor your tracking and ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout — we're unable to reroute a parcel once it's in the carrier's possession.

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@mpazstudio.com within 24 hrs of the delivery scan. We'll provide the tracking record and proof of delivery, and can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier. Where a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, MPAZ Studio is not able to issue a refund or replacement. We recommend checking with neighbours and household members and contacting your local carrier depot, as parcels marked delivered are often located within a day or two.

If tracking shows your order is delayed or missing in transit, contact us at support@mpazstudio.com and we'll open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Carrier investigations typically take up to 10 business days. We'll keep you updated and resolve your order once the carrier completes its investigation.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to us or lost because of an address error at checkout are the customer's responsibility. If the parcel is returned to us, we'll reship at the customer's cost or refund the order less shipping.
